Director Vignesh Shivan and actor Nayanthara, who have been married for a year now, have always left us in heart-eyed awe with their simple words of affection and love for each other in their social media posts. And as Shivan shared a few birthday stories for his actor wife, the Internet is in awe of his "words of affection" for his wife.

Nayanthara who recently impressed the audience with her stellar debut in Bollywood with SRK's blockbuster Jawan turned 39 on November 18 and as the star has been showered with love and blessings for her birthday by many friends, co-actors, and fans, her filmmaker husband Vignesh Shivan posted a few Instagram stories for her. 

Giving insights into what seemed like a simple birthday celebration, Shivan shared a boomerang on his Instagram story of flowers in the background and the cake that read "Happy Birthday my Uyir my Ulagam." Vignesh wrote in his story "LOVE YOU MY UYIR & ULAGAM @NAYANTHARA HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU ALL THE BEAUTY AND MEANING OF MY LIFE IS YOU AND YOUR HAPPINESS" Translated as "Happy birthday my life (more like the soul) and my whole world."

Vignesh Shivan And Nayanthara:

The filmmaker and actor met on the sets of the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in 2015, where they fell in love, and after 7 years of courtship, the couple tied the sacred knot in a beautiful intimate ceremony on June 9, 2022, in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu.

A few months after the marriage, the couple announced the birth of their twin sons through surrogacy on social media and were too excited to share the meaning of their babies' names at an event in Chennai. Since then, the couple has consistently dropped adorable pictures of their twins and them together, from celebrating festivities to birthdays and anniversaries. 

The couple has also co-founded two ventures: Femi9, a sanitary napkin for women's health and wellness, and a skincare brand called 9 Skin to empower self-love in women.

On The Work Front Nayanthara And Vignesh:

On the work front, after the massive Bollywood debut opposite SRK in Atlee's magnum opus Jawan, Nayanthara will next be seen in the Tamil film Annapoorani: The Goddess of Food, releasing on December 1, and has a few films lined up such as her 75th film, which is yet to be titled, and a few films named Mannangatti Since 1960, Test, etc.

Vignesh Shivan, an actor, director, and lyricist, signed a film with actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan, while the film's cast is yet to be announced.
