Actor Vera Farmiga known for her Lorraine Warren in The Conjuring Series is set to headline another horror film named Bad Bloom. The film is going to be the first feature directed by Bryce Mcguire.
Bad Bloom has been called a 'horror fairytale' which portrays the story of a family on a secluded island. Like most horror drama, Bad Bloom also promises to unravel some gory narratives on the screen. The film is going to be produced by Authentic Management Productions and Vera Farmiga will also be one of the producers. The film will go on floor in the second half of 2021.

This is the second collaboration between Farmiga and Mcguire after they first worked together in a comedy series named Tabloid Dreams.
Farmiga who shot to fame with her role in the popular horror franchise The Conjuring Series has grabbed a nomination at the Academy Awards for the film Up in The Air in 2009. She was also part pf another horror film The Orphan and television show Bates Motel. Her other upcoming ventures are The Salamander Lives Twice directed by Ant Timpson and The Sopranos prequel named The Many Saints Of Newark. She will also be seen in upcoming Marvel series Hawkeye along with Jeremy Brenner and Hailee Steinfield.
