Todd Phillips' musical psychological thriller Joker: Folie à Deux received a standing ovation at the 81st Venice International Film Festival. The moment was a proud one for the acclaimed director and the film's stars, Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga.

Returning to Venice after winning the Golden Lion for Joker five years ago, Phillips, along with Phoenix and Gaga, was met with overwhelming applause from an enthusiastic crowd at the Sala Grande. The standing ovation lasted an impressive 10.5 minutes.

Throughout the ovation, fans erupted in chants of "Ga-ga, Ga-ga!" and shouts of "Gaga, we love you!" The actor-singer responded by thanking the crowd and blowing kisses, while her co-star kept her giggling during the applause.
