Vegan teacher banned from TikTok: Kadie Karen Diekmeyer is a vegan enthusiast and an educator teacher who recently got banned from TikTok for propagating some bizarre claims on veganism.

Diekmeyer is from Canada and does everything on social media to influence people to be vegan. She also has a vegan dog. TikTok on banning her account said that she violated the community guidelines. The petition against her account said, “Being a Vegan or Vegetarian is a healthful lifestyle that is a choice for some people. However, it isn’t always the best option medically or financially. The Creator is known as That Vegan Teacher and That Vegan Teacher _irl has violated multiple community guidelines in various videos, duets and sounds."

What did Kadie Karen Diekmeyer do to get herself banned from TikTok?

According to reports, several people filed petitions to get her account banned from the platform because of the extent she went to promote the vegan lifestyle. On her account, which enjoyed a followership of 1.7 million, she ones posted a video of herself dancing and wearing a t-shirt that read " end the animal holocaust". In the petition filed against her, it is claimed that Kadie doesn't have a background in veterinary nor human medicine.

"She has made blatantly racist, bigoted, discriminatory statements against anyone who doesn’t view veganism her way and her way alone," the petition read. She apparently told a person with a disability that they will be cured if they were vegan and told another child that they will not go to heaven because they are not vegan. Her content has been labelled ableist, dehumanising and morally prejudicial. She is accused of targeting young kids under 18 years of age on a daily basis.

The petition added that Kadie "encouraged a 9-year-old to go behind their parents back to become vegan." Kadie still enjoys a massive following on Instagram and her recent post reads, “You don’t have to love animals in order to understand that they have a right to their freedom, their body integrity, to their families. Be vegan. Start now.”
