Television actor Surbhi Chandna, known for her role in Naagin 5, tied the knot with her long-time partner Karan Sharma in a private ceremony in Jaipur over the weekend. The wedding festivities, spread across multiple days, captured the hearts of many, particularly due to the couple's unconventional choices.
One highlight of the wedding was Chandna’s unique selection of songs. As she walked down the aisle towards Sharma, she chose the female rendition of the viral Pakistani song Kahaani Suno, adding a touch of originality to the moment. Later, during the garland exchange ceremony, the original version of the song from the popular show Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha, featuring Hania Aamir and Wahaj Ali, played, further enhancing the romantic ambiance.

The wedding celebrations kicked off with traditional rituals, including the chooda ceremony, mehendi, and a soulful Sufi night on March 1. Both Surbhi and Karan opted for black attire for the Sufi night, adding a contemporary twist to the festivities. The following day, they adorned shades of purple and pink for the haldi ceremony, radiating joy and warmth amidst loved ones. Finally, the main wedding ceremony took place on March 2, where the couple elegantly dressed in shades of grey, epitomising sophistication and grace.
Surbhi and Karan's relationship spans an impressive 13 years, reflecting their deep bond and commitment to each other. Despite their long courtship, the couple chose to keep their wedding intimate, she even shared during an interaction that she viewed marriage as a way to formalise their relationship, highlighting the strength of their love and understanding.
Prior to their nuptials, Surbhi remained dedicated to her professional commitments, actively promoting her latest web series, Rakshak, alongside co-star Barun Sobti.
