The trailer for Rocket Boys has been released by the OTT platform on January 20, 2022, depicting the lives of India's greatest scientists Homi Jehangir Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai.
The teaser for the show was released back in 2021 and on the occasion of Homi Bhabha's birthday, his contribution was remembered by the platform in form of a small video tribute.

1. The period drama series will cast Jim Sarbh, Ishwak Singh, Regina Cassandra in the main roles.
2. The entire series has been directed by director-writer Abhay Pannu, known for his movies like Marjaavaan, Naam Shabana
3. It will be produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Monisha Advani, Nikkhil Advani, and Madhu Bhojwani under the banner name of Roy Kapur Films and Emmay Entertainment.
4. The teaser of the show was released on the 75th Independence Day of India in 2021 and there was much speculation about what the show will look like.
5. The trailer that has been released has already garnered 1 million+ views on its YouTube handle with people praising the overall look of Sarbh and Singh as India's eminent scientists.
6. The drama series will be streamed on the SonyLiv platform from February 4, 2022, and can be watched online by the subscribers of the platform.

7. The plot is set during pre and post-independent India, where the scientists strive to make the discovery and are shown working hard for realising their goals.
8. Besides, it takes up the cause of realising the dream of India's space program pitched by Sarabhai. The story is full of the ups and downs of their journey and gives the audience goosebumps of their contribution to India's rise in the field of science.
9. It also shows the character of the former President of India and India's premier scientist in the field of guided missiles, APJ Abdul Kalam (played by Arjun Radhakrishnan) towards the end of the trailer.
10. While Vikram Sarabhai is credited for setting up the Indian Space Research Organisation(ISRO), Bhabha is considered the father of nuclear science in India.
