Tiger 3 New Release Date: Know More About Katrina Kaif Film Here

The most anticipated film of the Tiger Zinda Hai franchise will grace the screens next year and has apparently been pushed to a later date as per the recent announcement by the makers. Tiger 3, which is produced under the Yash Raj banner, will be directed by Maneesh Sharma.

The Katrina Kaif-Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3 will also feature Emraan Hashmi for its third instalment. The film, which features Katrina Kaif as an ISI agent, will showcase some great action sequences of her this time.

Tiger 3 Release Date

Katrina Kaif took to her social media to share the new announcement. "Tiger and Zoya are arriving on Diwali 2023. Celebrate Tiger 3 with Yash Raj Films50 only at a big screen near you. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu," she captioned.

The film, which was earlier scheduled to release on April 21 2023, has been pushed for some reasons. It will now have a theatrical release across the country on Diwali next year. Actor Salman Khan, who plays a RAW agent in the film, shared the news as well stating, "Tiger has a new date, Diwali 2023 it is."

This instalment has actor Emraan Hashmi on board in a negative shade character. The film will also feature some big action sequences of Zoya, the titular role that Kaif has been playing since the first part of the franchise.

The first two instalments of the film, Tiger Zinda Hai 1 and 2, were directed by Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar respectively. Reportedly, Tiger 3 will also feature a cameo role of Shah Rukh Khan. Interestingly, Salman Khan will also be playing a cameo role in SRK's Pathaan starring Deepika Padukone.

The fans of the film had mixed reactions to the announcement for some fans expected the film to release sooner, others were excited for a Diwali release as the film would add a spark to their festive celebrations.

Katrina Kaif is all set to play a substantial role in the soon-to-release horror-comedy Phone Bhoot also starring Ishaan Khattar and Siddhant Gupta. Salman Khan is currently shooting for his next, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan starring Pooja Hegde and Shehnaaz Gill.
