Ticket To Paradise: Actors George Clooney and Julia Roberts will see together in a new romantic comedy named Ticket To Paradise. The two were last seen in Ocean's Eleven together.
The film will be directed by Ol Parker who is the director of the famous Hollywood film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and it will be produced by Universal Pictures and Working Title. The film will go into production later in 2021.
According to the plot revealed so far, Ticket To Paradise is a story of two divorced couple and their journey to Bali to their daughter's wedding. Clooney and Roberts will essay the role of a divorced couple. Their chemistry in earlier films shows promise for the upcoming movie.
George Clooney and Julia Roberts were also seen in Jodie Foster's Money Monsters together which performed decently at the box office according to reports. Both Clooney and Roberts have made their digital debut with Homecoming, The Midnight Sky and others. Julia Roberts will be next seen in a TV series named Gaslit and White Bird.
The script of Ticket To Paradise has been written by Oscar-nominated writer Ted Melfi who has worked on an idea by Parker and Daniel Pipski. Working Title members, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner will produce the film with Deborah Balder Stone and Sarah Harvey.
