Tom Hiddleston's British series The Night Manager ruled the hearts of the international audience. Adding the Bollywood twist to this popular crime thriller, director Sandeep Modi brings you the Indian adaptation of The Night Manager starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor.
Aarya fame director Sandeep Modi will be helming the Indian adaptation of The Night Manager, the popular British crime series that starred Hugh Laurie, Tom Hiddleston, Elizabeth Debicki, David Harewood and Tom Hollander in pivotal roles. The Indian version will star Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Ravi Behl and Saswata Chatterjee. Recently, the show's makers released motion posters which increased the anticipation of the fans. On January 20, the release date as well as the trailer of the show was revealed.

The Night Manager Trailer
Aditya Roy Kapur will portray the role of Shaan Sengupta, a night manager who is given the task of going undercover to bring down the empire of a notorious arms dealer, Shailendra Rungta or Shelly played by Anil Kapoor. The trailer begins with Shaan's connection with darkness and Shelly's habit of instigating wars and watching from afar. Shaan is tasked to secretly keep an eye on Shelly's illegal dealings and to do so, he begins by gaining his trust by saving Shelly's son's life. Sheely starts trusting Shaan with his business operations and everything is going fine until Shaan starts an affair with Shelly's wife played by Sobhita Dhulipala.
Shaan is tangled between his newly discovered love, his task of bringing Shelly down as well as his own past. The show will reveal how he fulfils his duty and how he manages to find his own answers. The show is based on John le Carre's 1993 crime novel of the same name. The series produced by The Ink Factory and Banijay Asia will be released on Disney Plus Hotstar on February 17.
