Fawad Khan And Mahira Khan To Reunite In 'The Legend Of Maula Jatt', Trailer Out

The Legend Of Maula Jatt trailer came out recently which gave a glimpse of the action packed fantasy drama. The movie will be Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan's second collaboration after their hit 2011 Pakistani drama Humsafar and will also be the first lead role of Fawad Khan after a long time.

Pakistani fantasy drama movie The Legend Of Maula Jatt has released its trailer in which we can see Fawad Khan in the titular role of Maula Jatt, a fierce prizefighter while Mahira Khan plays the role of Mukhoo Jatti, his love interest. The two Pakistani actors will be reuniting a decade after their popular television drama Humsafar in which their chemistry was praised by the audience around the world. In Humsafar, they played a forcibly married couple who later falls in love but has to face a lot of hardships to be with each other. The movie will be releasing soon in 2022.

Fawad Khan And Mahira Khan's The Legend Of Maula Jatt Trailer Out

Known for his charming looks in movies and shows, Fawad Khan as well as Mahira Khan will be seen in a more gruesome and rough look as they play natives of a Natt clan. Fawad could be seen sporting shabby and blood soaked cloths with long hair and beard. The story of the Punjabi language ">movie is set in the backdrop of a Natt clan and is about a fierce prizefighter, Maula Jatt, who is looking for vengeance against his arch nemesis and the most feared warrior in Punjab, Noori Natt. Fighting with a troubled past, he proceeds to take him down but it is trickier than it seems as the roots go much deeper.

The Bilal Lashari movie is the remake of 1979 classic Maula Jatt and stars Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaina Malick, Ali Azmat, Faris Shafi and Gohar Rasheed in pivotal roles. This will be Fawad Khan's first titular role after a long time. He was last seen in Marvel's superhero series Ms Marvel in which he played the cameo role of Kamala Khan's grandfather, Hasan. The Legend Of Maula Jatt will be releasing on October 13, 2022.
