The Handmaid's Tale season 5 expected release date is assumed to be somewhere soon in the coming months of 2022. The series' new season is highly anticipated by fans since its announcement back in December of 2021.

The trauma, tears, rebellion, torture and the misery of the childbearing slaves will soon be back to fill you up with sympathy and empathy very soon.

The popular dystopian TV series, The Handmaid's Tale, of OTT platform Hulu has worked up people around the world on rethinking and understanding the impacts of repressive and toxic patriarchy on the lives of women as it builds a fictional world where the role of women are reduced to merely being captured and raped for their reproductive abilities. So, how long do we have to wait for season 5's release on Hulu? Not much, we think.

The Handmaid's Tale Season 5 Expected Release Date : When Is The New Season Coming Out?

The Handmaid's Tale started streaming on Hulu in 2017 and portrayed the dilemmas and struggles of women in the post Second Civil War society. Society that treats women as child bearing slaves or handmaids for rich, upper class families of America after the reproduction rates declined massively.

The story follows the life of June Osborne who works as the handmaid for the Gileadan Commander Fred Waterford and Serena Joy, his way. June was captured and pushed to slavery while she was trying to run away from Gilead along with her husband and daughter. The story captures June's desire and struggle to reunite with her family, all along bearing the physical and mental torture of all sorts.

The Handmaid's Tale season 5 expected release date will reportedly be a little later as the filming for the season has not yet started.

The shooting, that is expected to be in Toronto, will probably presume in March 2022. After the shoot comes the post production work and everything in all will push the release date of the series to somewhere around December 2022 or the first few months of 2023. That, however, is again an assumption and the series might take more of less to be back on screen again.
