WandaVision Finale: Teyonah Parris, who plays the role of Monica Rambeau in the Marvel series WandaVision has hinted at what the finale episode will be like.
The series has been creating a lot of buzz since its January release, unlike most web-series, WandaVision comes out with new episodes every Friday. Headlined by Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, the series has so far been about Scarlet Witch's (Elizabeth Olsen) personal story where she has resurrected her love interest Vision and is living with him in a secluded town named Westview. Fans and critics of the show are of the view that the show will bring about a whole new twist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Teyonah Parris plays a pivotal role in the series and has recently shared a small secret about the show's finale episodes. While talking to The Hollywood Reporter, Parris said it is going to be an incredibly sad and epic ending.
She then talked about her character's motive in the show and said, "Once Monica sees Wanda and realises that she’s grieving, she recognises their parallel experiences and that they’re both grieving loved ones." As Wanda, the Scarlet Witch seems to have captivated common folks in a secret town just to feel normal about her life, Parris defended the character and said that Wanda is trying to reconcile with her grief in the best way possible.
As the Marvel Cinematic Universe is heavily derived from Marvel Comics, fans have a theory that the real villains of the story will appear in the finale episodes. WandaVision finale will be divided into two episodes. The first one will drop on February 26 and the next and last episode on March 5, 2021.
The series can be seen on the Disney+Hotstar streaming platform.
