Recorded during the quarantine, Taylor Swift’s Folklore’s 16 tracks epitomise her trademark country-pop style. Since its release on July 24, 2020, the album has received lots of love from fans and broken many records. It debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. The album also broke the Guinness World Record for the highest one-day streams of an album on Spotify (female) after achieving over 80.6 million streams in a single day. As per EW, Folklore recently became the best-selling album of 2020 after retaining the top position on the Billboard 200 chart for six consecutive weeks.

“Most of the things I had planned this summer didn’t end up happening. But there is something I hadn’t planned on that DID happen,” she wrote on her social media  before the release.
