Taapsee Pannu's Transformation As Savi In Looop Lapeta

After prepping for two sports movies, Taapsee Pannu will be seen in thriller drama Looop Lapeta, trying to save her boyfriend while being caught in a time loop. The transformation of Taapsee Pannu as a sportsperson in both Rashmi Rocket and Shabaash Mithu helped her to be in shape for Looop Lapeta as well. She is seen sporting a sporty look for the film.

From Pink to Thappad to Haseen Dilruba, Pannu is a versatile actor who has been entertaining audiences. Along with her acting skills, she also makes an effort to get in the required shape for the character she is playing. Pannu’s character Savi in Looop Lapeta is an energetic girl who is running against time to save her boyfriend after he loses Rs50 lakhs.

Taapsee Pannu Transformation

The transformation of Pannu in Rashmi Rocket and Shabaash Mithu helped her maintain her shape and fitness for Looop Lapeta as well. As revealed by her nutritionist, she advised Taapsee Pannu to avoid any supplements to get an athletic body for Shabaash Mithu. Rather she tried that Pannu must get all the nutrition from her food and diet.

Taapsee Pannu shares glimpse of sports-drama

After wrapping up Rashmi Rocket, Pannu was shooting for her role of cricketer Mithali Raj in Shabaash Mithu and Savi in Looop Lapeta simultaneously. She had been on a strict diet since Rashmi Rocket and revealed that her nutritionist, physiotherapist, track trainer, athletics coach, and a gym trainer helped her remain in shape all this time.

As per the trailer, Pannu will be seen performing live-action in Looop Lapeta. Pannu adopted a strong rugged look for the film with braided hair with hair rings and the septum piercing sharing a picture of her character Savi on Instagram. Even as Savi, Pannu continued with an athletic look as she is seen wearing a green top with shorts and matching shoes with a red brace on her right knee in the first look she shared.

Looop Lapeta Release Date

Looop Lapeta will be releasing on February 4, 2022 on OTT platform Netflix. The Hindi film Looop Lapeta is the remake of the German film. Taapse Pannu plays Franka Potente’s character and Tahir Raj Bhasin plays Moritz Bleibtreu’s character.
