Suhana Khan, the daughter of renowned actor Shah Rukh Khan and interior decorator Gauri Khan, has reportedly purchased agricultural land in Alibaug with an estimated value of Rs 12.91 crore.
According to documents shared by IndexTap.com, Suhana Khan has recently acquired agricultural land in Alibaug, Raigad district. According to the report, the land spans approximately 1.5 acres and includes three existing structures. The purchase is estimated to be worth Rs 12.91 crore.

As per the report from MoneyControl.com, the agreement for sale states that the land parcel purchased by Khan is situated in Thal village within Alibaug, Raigad district. The document further reveals that she has paid a stamp duty amounting to ₹77.46 lakhs for the transaction. The deal was officially registered on June 1, 2023.
In addition to Money Control, other reputable sources such as the Economic Times and Hindustan Times have also provided details regarding the land acquisition attributed to Suhana Khan, who is slated to make her Bollywood debut in Zoya Akhtar's film The Archies. According to the Hindustan Times, Khan has reportedly purchased the land from Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, three sisters.
Suhana Khan recently secured her first brand endorsement deal as she became the brand ambassador for Maybelline New York, a renowned cosmetic brand under L'Oréal. Expressing her excitement, Khan stated that she considers it a great honour to represent Maybelline, having been a loyal user of their iconic products for a long time. She specifically mentioned her admiration for their exceptional range of mascaras. Khan expressed her eagerness to contribute to the brand's success and looks forward to shining together with the Maybelline team and their customers.
Khan, known for her previous involvement in theatre productions, recently appeared in a short film called The Grey Part Of Blue, directed by Theodore Gimeno. Her debut project, The Archies, is slated for release on Netflix. The cast of the film includes Khushi Kapoor, daughter of the late actor Sridevi and film producer Boney Kapoor, as well as Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan.
