The voice recordings between the Marvel Superhero maker Stan Lee and his daughter Joan Celia Lee made many things clear. The writer of the autobiography opened access to the important details of Stan Lee's life to the audience.

The first call recording reads out Stan lee lashing out at J.C. while he says, "I think you’re the dumbest white woman I’ve ever known!" To this J.C fires away at her father, "F–k you, Stan."

Another call between the actress J.C. and her father looked like J.C. wanted to tell her father about how much she loved him. But even to this, Stan Lee replied saying, "F–k, she doesn’t know what love is." He further says, "I don’t need to be upset every f–king time she calls."

Even though the Marvel Superhero maker Stan Lee has created a wide range of characters that we look up to and love to death, the writer, Riesman reveals him saying, "The message is, there are no superheroes.”

Further, knowing about their relationship, we come to know that Stan Lee and his wife working at the Marvel’s Midtown New York offices, had lost their second daughter after J.C. As parents who lost their child, they built walls around themselves and became more dotting towards their elder one, J.C.

Riesman further reveals that J.C would often call her parents 50 times a day blaming them for various reasons, one of which was 'for not giving her enough money or opportunities'.
