Actor Sonakshi Sinha, who got married to Zaheer Iqbal on June 23, shared a beautiful wedding video on her Instagram feed earlier this week on June 27. Sonakshi also shared an elaborate note, giving a shout-out to the video team, who captured the emotions and essence of her wedding the way she wanted. She wrote, "We've met Sam and Ekta at multiple friends' weddings where they've captured the essence of the couples and the overall vibe so perfectly that I promised them whenever Zaheer and I got married... they would be there! Best decision ever!"
Actor Sonakshi Sinha looked breathtaking in an ivory saree as she tied the knot with her long-term boyfriend, Zaheer Iqbal. Instead of opting for a designer outfit, Sinha allegedly took a sustainable route by upcycling her mother Poonam Sinha's wedding saree.
She added, "We dint want a "wedding video" we wanted the emotions, where everytime we watch it, we feel how we felt in that moment."
Inside Sonakshi Sinha And Zaheer Iqbal's Star-Studded Reception
According to a report by India Today, the intricately embroidered ivory saree that Sinha wore was originally her mother’s. To complete her bridal look, the Dabangg star chose matching jewellery from her mother's collection. The first pictures from the wedding were shared by Sonakshi and Zaheer on Instagram. In their caption, the couple explained the special significance of the date, June 23, to them.
Moreover, the couple chose to celebrate their marriage with a registered wedding surrounded by close family and friends, followed by a grand reception attended by Bollywood's elite. Upon arriving at the wedding venue, Sonakshi and Zaheer greeted the paparazzi and posed for photos.

Just days before the mehendi, Sonakshi and Zaheer celebrated their bachelor and bachelorette parties with close friends. Sinha shared glimpses of her bachelorette party on Instagram Stories, posting several pictures from the event. In one of the pictures, she posed with Huma Qureshi.
