Sugandha Mishra engaged: Playback singer-comedian Sugandha Mishra and Sanket Bhosale announced their engagement on social media today. The couple shared photographs from their official social media handles to announce the news.
Several celebrities like filmmaker Anand Kumar, Vikaas Kalantri, Atul Mohan and singer Tony Kakkar congratulated the couple following their announcements.
Both Sanket Bhosale and Sugandha Mishra have been a part of The Kapil Sharma Show and are known for their mimicry skills.
The couple have been linked with each other many times before, but both Sugandha and Sanket always maintained that they were just 'good friends'. Sugandha Mishra had opened up about their equation in an interview. "We are very good friends, and woh jo 'Maine Pyar Kiya' ka dialogue hai na, ki "dosti ki hai, nibhani padegi". Toh dosti nibha rahe hain! Our chemistry is really nice, also with respect to work. Main aur kuchh nahi keh sakti," she said.
Bhosale, who is a qualified doctor, has worked with Mishra on several comedy shows apart from the one hosted by Kapil Sharma, such as, Laugh India Laugh, Summer Express 2017 and Comedy Classes.
Who is Sugandha Mishra?
The 36-year-old is as much known for her singing as she is for her comic timing. Mishra, who began her career as a radio jockey, infact began her television career as a contestant on the show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar. She then went on to participate in the stand-up comedy show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge emerging as one of the finalists.
