5 Things To Know About Shweta Tiwari's Controversial Webseries Showstopper

Shweta Tiwari's web series Showstopper landed in a controversy with the lead actor's  statement at a press conference in Bhopal, on January 27. She has now clarified that the statement was taken out of context. She added the statement was around one of the characters from her upcoming web series Showstopper.

A video of Shweta saying, "Meri bra ka size bhagwan le rahe hain," went viral which was said at the press presentation for her next web series, when she was joined on stage by co-stars Rohit Roy, Digangana Suryavanshi, and Sourabh Raaj Jain, among others.

1. Shweta Tiwari, Rohit Roy, Digangana Suryavanshi, and Sourabh Raaj Jain play pivotal parts in Show Stopper.
2. Show Stopper is a series about fashion.
3. The character of a 'bra fitter' is played by Saurabh Raaj Jain. According to reports, she made the remark in jest, referring to Jain, who is best known for portraying Lord Krishna in the TV drama Mahabharat. He has been in a number of television series and has also appeared in Indonesian and Telugu films.

4.   Digangana Suryavanshi will be shown in the online show sporting a never-before-seen style, and her admirers appear to be very excited about the series. She'll next be seen in The Battle Of Bhima Koregaon, Dark Path, and a Telugu film. Suryavanshi began her acting career on Hindi television. In the Star Plus TV series Ek Veer Ki Ardaas...Veera, she played Veera Kaur Sampooran Singh.
