Grey's Anatomy is one of the most loved shows and it makes sense that it was renewed for a 19th season this year, making it one of the longest-running shows. Other popular shows, such as Virgin River, Ted Lasso, Never Have I Ever, and Valeria will return in 2022 for their third season. 1.Bridgerton: Season 2

Bridgerton season 2 is intended to follow the second novel of the series, The Viscount Who Loved Me, which is about Anthony, the eldest of the siblings, and Kate Sharma's love story. Sharma's character has been played by Simone Ashley. Jonathan Bailey portrays Anthony, Kate's younger sister, Edwina, will be played by Charithra Chandran. Edmund Bridgerton, the patriarch of the Bridgerton family, will be played by actor Rupert Young in season 2.

The second season of Bridgerton will premiere on March 25, 2022.

2. Virgin River: Season 4

The story is set in the northern California village of Virgin River. Mel Monroe (Alexandra Breckenridge), a Los Angeles nurse, is the protagonist of the film. She arrives in this small town looking for peace and a new job, but she gets the exact opposite. Mel's life and expectations for a better physical and mental living environment in this little town are explored in the episode, but things do not turn out as she had planned or expected as a result of living there. It's a difficult scenario.

Virgin River Season 4 is now set to return in the third quarter of 2022, although no precise dates have been set. It will most likely happen in the second and third quarters of 2022. (between April and July of 2022).

3. The Handmaid's Tale: Season 5

The Handmaid's Tale was a 2017 Hulu original series that showed women's difficulties and challenges in post-Civil War America. After America's reproduction rates dropped, women were treated as child-bearing slaves or handmaids by wealthy upper-class households. The protagonist of the episode is June Osborne (Elisabeth Moss), who works as a handmaid for Gileadan Commander Fred Waterford (Joseph Fiennes) and Serena Joy (Yvonne Strahovski).

According to several sources, the shooting will take place in March 2022. Following the shoot, post-production work will take place, pushing the series' release date back to December 2022 or the first few months of 2023.

4. Ted Lasso: Season 3

Ted Lasso is a popular American comedy series about Ted Lasso, an American football coach who is sent to train the English soccer team. The incident, which was supposed to be a personal attack on her ex by the soccer team's owner, developed into a hilarious series of events. Ted is seen trying extremely hard to establish himself in the competitive and difficult-to-convince English market, maintaining a positive attitude despite his lack of football expertise.

Ted Lasso season 3 is scheduled to be released sometime this summer, as the series' new season began production in February 2022, as Hannah Waddingham had previously revealed.

5. Never Have I Ever: Season 3

Never Have I Ever is a Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher-produced American comedy-drama television series starring Maitreyi Ramakrishnan. It's about an Indian-American high school senior struggling with her father's death. In Netflix's comedy-drama series, Devi Vishwakumar (Ramakrishnan) is the main character. She's a young woman of Indian origin in the United States of America. While grieving for her father, Devi struggles with puberty, family strife, high school romances, and self-discovery.

According to sources, production for the following season began in late November 2021 and is anticipated to wrap up in the spring of 2022. If all goes according to plan, Never Have I Ever Season 3 will premiere in the third quarter of 2022.

6. Ginny and Georgia: Season 2

Georgia is a 30-year-old single mother with a 15-year-old daughter named Ginny and a son named Austin. While Georgia's daughter admires her mother's attempts to raise her two children, she disapproves of her mother's life choices, believing her to be immature. The family is continually on the move as a result of Georgia's failed amorous endeavours. So, when Georgia and her children go to New England to try to better their lives, they are unsure how their new beginning will pan out.

According to reports, the release date for Ginny and Georgia Season 2 has yet to be determined, but it is scheduled to air in the second or third quarter of 2022.

7. Stranger Things: Season 4

Stranger Things follows the adventures of a group of Indiana friends as they attempt to solve the otherworldly mysteries plaguing their hometown. The series is set in the year 1983 and follows a group of researchers who are discreetly testing paranormal and supernatural phenomena. They were successful in creating a vortex that connects their planet to another realm known as the "Upside Down." When one of their pals, Mike, goes missing and is suspected of being abducted by a creature from another dimension, the group attempts to find him while fighting the supernatural with the help of a psychokinetic girl they befriended.

The new season of Stranger Things will be released on Netflix in two parts, the first on May 27, 2022, and the second on July 1, 2022.

8. Valeria: Season 3

Valeria is a comedy-drama-romance show that airs on ABC. Diana Gómez plays Valeria, a writer who is the protagonist of the film. Her writing as well as her marriage came to an end. According to reports, Executive Producer David Glasser has confirmed the drama series' renewal for a fifth season. The release date for Yellowstone Season 5 is yet to be determined. According to Variety, Glasser stated that production for Yellowstone Season 5 will begin in May 2022, with the show returning in the fall of 2022.
