The new crime-thriller Shining Girls Cast includes some critically acclaimed actors who have given various hit movies, and shows and are now collaborating on this project by Silka Luisa. The series is set to release on Apple TV+ on April 29, 2022.
Shining Girls is Silka Luisa's thriller drama series that is based on Lauren Buekes' novel by the name. One of the interesting things about the series is that the rights to make the novel into a series was acquired even before the release of novel in 2013. The rights were acquired by legendary actor Leonardo Di Caprio's production company Appian Way Productions and Media Rights Capital. In July 2020, Shining Girls was decided to be made an Apple TV series with Di Caprio as one of the executive producers while Luisa is the showrunner.

Shining Girls is based on Lauren Beukes novel which was set in The Great Depression era in Chicago where we see that the society is suffering and amid all the shortcomings and problems, a drifter, Harper Curtis gets his hands on a key that is of a door that opens into another time. He finds it as an escape but it is not that easy to just walk in through the door. To cross the door, he should kill the shining girls. The shining girls are bright, potential, young women and Harper is set on a quest to kill all of them and time passes by.

It is 1989 and Harper is still on his quest, this time his target is Kirby Mazrachi. Surprisingly, Kirby survives his assault and decides to catch her assaulter. she then joins Chicago Sun-Times Newspaper as a journalist in order to find all the evidence against who attacked her and link it with other murders that took place in the past.
Shining Girls cast will feature Elisabeth Moss, popular American actor and producer, famous for her role in The Invisible Man and Girl, Interrupted, as the Kirby. It also features Wagner Maura, the Brazilian actor famous for Elite Squad series, plays Dan, a lovesick person who Kirby meets on her quest to find her would-be murderer.
The role of Harper Curtis is played by Jamie Bell, famous for his role of Tintin in The Adventures Of Tintin. We also have Phillipa Soo playing Jin-Sook and Amy Brenneman playing Rachel. The series will be releasing on Apple TV+ on April 29, 2022.
