Shia LaBeouf Seeks Inpatient Treatment: After British singer-songwriter FKA twigs filed a lawsuit against ex-boyfriend and Hollywood actor Shia LaBeouf for “relentless abuse” including “sexual battery” and “assault”, he is reportedly receiving inpatient care.

The actor is currently solely focusing on his recovery and has also parted ways from talent agency CAA, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed. The lawsuit was filed against LeBeouf in December, last year, and since then multiple women have come out with allegations of emotional abuse.

Though it is unclear what specific type of treatment LaBeouf is receiving, but late last year his lawyer also revealed that the Hollywood actor is seeking help reported The New York Times. His legal team had told Variety in a statement, “Shia needs help and he knows that. We are actively seeking the kind of meaningful, intensive, long-term inpatient treatment that he desperately needs.”

LaBeouf, too, responded to the sexual battery lawsuit late last year and admitted that he had “been abusive” to himself and “everyone around me for years”.

“Simply put, LaBeouf’s reckless disregard for the health and safety of his partners makes him a danger to women everywhere,” the lawsuit stated.

It was also reported that the Transformers actor was “fired” from a forthcoming movie after allegedly demonstrating “poor behaviour” on set. According to multiple reports, he was originally cast in Olivia Wilde’s psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling. However, the actor was later dropped. As per reports, Marvel Studios was also considering him in an upcoming superhero project.
