Shanaya Kapoor On Her Bollywood Debut, Says, "I Have Worked Very Hard"

Shanaya Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor's daughter, is ready for her Bollywood debut. With Karan Johar's Bedhadak, the star kid will make a big break in her acting career. Bedhadak, which will be helmed by Shashank Khaitan, will feature Shanaya Kapoor opposite Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani. In a recent interview, Kapoor talked openly about her Bollywood debut before the movie's release.

In a recent interview, Shanaya Kapoor talked about her Bollywood debut. She shared that she is both nervous and thrilled. According to her, she is nervous because she wants to do her best work as this isn't just her first movie, it is the first step toward having a successful career in Bollywood. And happy because she has worked so hard for so long to realise her childhood dream. She added that it's a really special film for the entire Bedhadak crew, and Gurfateh Pirzada, Lakshya Lalwani, and she have all put a lot of effort into it. She is really delighted to have got an opportunity like Bedhadak and this film is very close to her heart.

The actor pointed out that she wants to make the most of this opportunity. She hopes to give a remarkable performance in this film, one that will show the audience that she deserved this opportunity and didn't waste it. She added,  "I’ve worked very hard and I will continue to - it’s not even something I want to keep repeating because that is the job - you’re meant to work hard, and I have. I hope people recognise that when they see my work"

Kapoor recently appeared in the second season of Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives. The show starred Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari Soni, Bhavna Pandey, and Seema Sajdeh. She also worked as an assistant director for Gujan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which is also a Johar's production film and stars her cousin Janhvi Kapoor.

Moreover, several of Shanaya Kapoor's younger peers, including BFF Ananya Panday, have found success thanks to Johar. Other renowned star kids, like Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, who made their Bollywood debuts with Dharma Production, have also gone on to become prominent actors in Bollywood.
