Prakash is a cop who is motivated by the urge to clear up his identity that is being overshadowed by the accusations and shame that befell his father. Although he has never even seen him, he grows up with hatred and resentment over his father, as he is the reason he ended up with no family and a lot of shame in society.

In the movie, Karthi, who has a dual role, said: "The most financially rewarding aspect of being a part of Sardar was being a part of a mysterious plot. I was aware that we were creating something significant and unique, and the enthusiastic response from the crowd only served to enhance this. The fact that the movie will now be available to watch in Tamil and Telugu on Aha excites me greatly."
