The actor Sanjay Dutt and his sister, the politician Priya Dutt, remembered their late mother, Nargis, on her 42nd death anniversary. The actor also shared an old photo of himself and his mother.
Siblings Sanjay Dutt and Priya Dutt paid tribute to their late mother on the 42nd anniversary of her death. Sanjay Dutt posted a photo of himself as a toddler on Instagram, with Nargis and Priya Dutt in it as well.
Young Sanjay smiled and looked at the camera in the black-and-white image while his baby sister curled up on his chest. Nargis could be seen smiling at her daughter and holding her hand as she sat next to her young children. He was seen in the photo sporting a striped T-shirt, while Nargis was dressed in ethnic attire.

He captioned the post, "Miss you, Maa! Your love and warmth continue to guide me every day, and I am forever grateful for the lessons you taught me." His wife, Maanayata Dutt, replied to the post with red heart emoticons.
Priya created a video collage on Instagram as a tribute. The collage included various old photos of Nargis, her actor husband Sunil Dutt, and all three kids. Fans swamped the post with comments, many of which paid tribute to the late actor.
Nargis Dutt lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on May 3, 1981. She passed away barely five days before Sanjay Dutt was supposed to make his lead acting debut in Bollywood. The actor had earlier made a notable appearance as a young actor in Reshma Aur Shera. Back in 1971, before making his debut as an actor in Rocky. His father, Sunil Dutt, directed both Rocky and Reshma Aur Shera.
