Salman Khan once again showcased his philanthropic spirit by fulfilling his commitment to meet nine-year-old Jaganbir, a cancer survivor who battled and conquered a tumour through nine rounds of chemotherapy. The heartwarming reunion took place recently, as Khan had initially met Jaganbir in 2018 when the young boy was undergoing treatment at the Tata Memorial Centre in Mumbai.
Jaganbir's journey began at the age of three when he faced vision loss due to a coin-sized tumour in his brain. His father, Pushpinder, opted for treatment in Mumbai, and the family's compelling story caught the attention of Salman Khan. A viral video surfaced, capturing Jaganbir's wish to meet the Bollywood actor, who subsequently paid a visit to the young cancer warrior.

In an interview with The Indian Express, Jaganbir's mother, Sukhbir Kaur, shared their challenging ordeal, highlighting how Salman's promise brought a ray of hope to the young boy. The nine rounds of chemotherapy marked Jaganbir's triumphant victory over cancer, and Khan’s recent meeting with him symbolised the actor's commitment to supporting those in need.
Khan has always candidly spoken about his fondness for kids; in an interview, he said, "I have a great fondness for children. I love kids. But when kids come, their mother also comes along (humorous expression). A mother is very good for them, but in our house, there is already a mother. We have the entire district and the whole village. She will take good care of them. But the real mother of my child will be my wife. If my kids are born in the next 4-5 years, I will still have time to play with them for the next 20–25 years."
