Saani Kaayidham is a revenge thriller that tells the story of Ponni, a police constable played by Keerthy Suresh, who loses her everything because of a group of people. Her happy family is destroyed, her husband and daughter are taken away from her and she is gang-raped. Ponni sets to take revenge on her wrongdoers and on her journey, she is joined by Sangaiyyah, played by Selvaraghavan, who is her half brother. His life too was destroyed by the same people who did wrong to Ponni and the two decide to take them down.
