RRR Trailer Launch: Jr NTR's Faceoff With Tiger, And More In This SS Rajamouli Film

The film is written by KV Vijayendra Prasad, stars Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Ray Stevenson, and Alison Doody. RRR (Rise Roar Revolt) is a fictional retelling of Telugu freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem's efforts. Actor Ram Charan will be seen in the role of Sitarama and Jr NTR essays Komaram Bheem in RRR. The trailer only shares a glimpse of Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn is almost a blink and miss.

Jr NTR or Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Jr. is Telugu industry's most well known stars. He is named after his grandfather who was a famous an actor, filmmaker and politician. RRR is his 29th film.  “It really demanded a lot of dedication, and it was day in and day out,” the actor told Variety in an interview.

“This will be a fictional story on the lives of Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. There are gaps in the lives of these legendary freedom fighters that we don’t know about. We don’t know what happened in their lives in these years. It is through this fictional story we’d like to show what could have happened in their lives and what would have happened if they met and bonded,” the director Rajamouli said during the launch of the film.

Alia Bhatt also has Gangubai Kathiyawadi is the pipeline followed by Brahmastra which is scheduled for a mid-2022 release.
