The fans of RRR movie were sad when the makers announced that the movie's release date will be postponed keeping in mind the safety and guidelines of Covid-19. The makers assured fans that they will come back soon and they have kept their promise. The movie starring Alia Bhatt, Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and others in pivotal roles will now release in March 2022.
RRR New Release Date Out, Fans Wait Gets A Date
The makers of RRR shared a poster of the movie on the official Twitter handle and shared the new and finalised release date of the movie. The post was shared with the caption, "#RRRonMarch25th, 2022... FINALISED! #RRRMovie". Since then the movie became a trending topic on social media.
There were speculations on the internet regarding RRR new release date. Earlier it was rumoured that the movie will release on April 28 or March 18. However, all those rumours proved to be false as the final release date was announced as March 25, 2022.
Covid-19 proved to be challenging for the movies that were expecting theatre release in the early months of 2022. RRR was among the many movies that decided not to compromise theatre release and postponed the release. The Telugu movie made under the production of S.S. Rajamouli is expecting a clear way ahead by March 2022.
What we know about the film?
RRR is a historical drama about the lives of two fictional revolutionaries and their fight against the Britishers and Nizam of Hyderabad. The movie is made on a budget of Rs 400 crore and it was announced in March 2018. However, because of the pandemic, the movie had to be rescheduled. Before the pandemic, the makers were expecting it to go on floors by 30 July 2020.
