Riddhima Kapoor Shares Picture From Dad Rishi Kapoor’s 11-Month Prayer Meet

Rishi Kapoor prayer meet: Today marks late Rishi Kapoor's 11-month death anniversary and daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni posted a picture of herself with brother Ranbir Kapoor from the late actor's prayer meet.

In the memory of their father, Riddhima wrote, “Always watching over us ! We miss you.” In the picture, actor Ranbir and Riddhima can be seen performing the pooja rituals, dressed in all-white attires. A photo of Rishi Kapoor can also be seen in the background. The veteran actor lost his two-year-long battle with cancer in April last year. He was 67.

On Thursday morning, Neetu Kapoor also took to social media and reminisced her late husband with a throwback video during their trip to New York City two years back. The video features Kapoor singing while enjoying the night view from the Brooklyn Bridge with Neetu. The actor further shared an emotional post and captioned it, “Since today is Rishiji’s 11 month prayer meet felt like sharing some moments from our last trip to NYC." He then returned to Mumbai in September 2019 and after few months he passed away at the HN Reliance Foundation Hospital.

Earlier in the day, Riddhima had shared another family portrait, remembering her father. "Your love will light our way- Your memory will forever be with us! Always in our hearts," she wrote.

Not too long ago, Randhir Kapoor had also shared a photo of himself with his late brothers and actors, Rishi and Rajiv Kapoor, Rajiv passed away on February 9 this year. Rajiv Kapoor, remembering for featuring in the 1985 film Ram Teri Ganga Maili. "Will always miss my darling brothers. Hope you both are happy wherever you are," he wrote.

Meanwhile, Ranbir, who had tested positive for the coronavirus earlier this month, seems to be recovering just fine and can be seen sitting beside Riddhima on the floor and performing a pooja.
