Sushmita Sen's daughter Renee Sen revealed the reason why she refrained from knowing her biological parents. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Renee said, “I have seen love in its purest form. This difference between adopted and biological... There is no difference for me, it is only a term. I don't feel a difference.”
She further stated that her mother Sushmita Sen was everything to her, and that her real parents might have had their own reasons with regards to dealing with her. Renee was given the option to get to know her biological parents when she turned 18, but she refused to do so. In the interview, she added that she didn't wish to "kick her blessings in the face."

Furthermore, Renee also added that she would love to adopt at the perfect time. She also said that she knows no difference between 'adoption' and 'biology' and that these are just terms made by people.
