Rashmi Rocket trailer reviews: Rashmi Rocket is an upcoming sports drama by Akarsh Khurana starring Taapsee Pannu as the lead.  The trailer of the film released on Thursday and gained Twitter’s attention with multiple users sharing their comments. #RashmiRocket was also trending on Twitter.

Rashmi Rocket is a to-be-released Indian sports drama featuring Taapsee Pannu. Directed by Akarsh Khurana and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Neha Anand and Pranjal Khandhdiya. The film depicts the story of an athlete named “Rocket” due to her speed, who steps up to fight a biased system. The film also stars actors Priyanshu Painyuli and Abhishek Banerjee.

The lead actor announced her return in court as she shared the trailer to the film.

Actor Abhishek Banerjee who will play the role of a lawyer in the film also shared the trailer on his official handle.

The OTT platform Zee5 shared the link writing, “Rashmi ki ladai khud se nahi, iss system se hai!” which means that Rashmi’s (the lead role’s) fight is not against herself, but is against the system.

The film is set to release on 15 October, 2021 on the OTT platform ZEE5

Rashmi Rocket will be Taapsee Pannu’s third sports film. Her other sports films include Soorma in which she was alongside actor Diljit Dosanjh and Saand Ki Aankh alongside actor Bhumi Pednekar.
