Ranveer Singh's Jayeshbhai Jordaar Announces Release Date

Actor Ranveer Singh took to Instagram and announced the date for his upcoming film Jayeshbhai Jordaar. He was last seen in Kabir Khan’s 83.

The much anticipated movie will be releasing in the halls on 13th May 2022. Apart from Singh the film will star Shalini Pandey, Boman Irani as Jayesh's father, Ratna Pathak Shah as Jayesh's mother and Deeksha Joshi.

As soon as Singh shared the post his co-actor friends Arjun Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Varun Dhawan liked the post. The actor in his post wrote, "Naam hai JAYESHBHAI…Aur kaam hai JORDAAR !!! Chegg out the date announcement video. Celebrate #JayeshbhaiJordaar with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 13th May.

In the video Singh says, "“I know you’ve seen all kinds of heroes, like a rich hero, snake-hero, fake hero, a hero who dances with girls, a cop hero, a thug hero, a hero on horseback, outerspace hero, superman hero, bat hero. You’ve seen all kinds of heroes, but you haven’t seen a different hero—named Jayeshbhai, and what he does is jordaar.”'

Shalini Pandey has earlier appeared in Telugu and Tamil  films.She debuted in the  Telugu romance film Arjun Reddy as Preeti the Love obsession of Arjun. The film was remade in Hindi as Kabir Singh and her role was played by Kiara Advani.  Yash Raj Films productions Jayeshbhai Jordaar will mark her crossing over to the Hindi film industry.
