Rakul Preet and Arjun Kapoor, who are all set to share the screen in Netflix dramedy Sardar Ka Grandson, will be featured in a T-series music video titled Dil Hai Deewana.
The music label shared the news today with the first look posters of the actors on Twitter.
“The pretty one is coming to make everyone’s heart melt. #DilHaiDeewana releasing on 17th April!,” read the caption on Rakul Preet’s still.
The Bollywood actor shared the same posters on her official Instagram handle and wrote, “Get ready to witness what happens when the good meets the pretty. #DilHaiDeewana releasing on 17th April!”.
The track has been crooned by Darshan Rawal and Zara Khan, and the music video is directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru. The forthcoming song has music by the popular Tanishk Bagchi and lyrics penned by Shabbir Ahmed. The music video of Dil Hai Deewana will release on April 17.
Rakul Preet and Arjun Kapoor will star in Kaashvie Nair’s debut film Sardar Ka Grandson. The storyline of the film follows a cross-border love story written by Anuja Chauhan, Amitosh Nagpal and Nair. Along with the leads, Neena Gupta, John Abraham and Aditi Rao Hydari will feature in pivotal roles.
Speaking of the film, Arjun Kapoor said, “Working alongside such a talented ensemble cast was an enriching experience for me. We are hoping that the story will resonate with people across the globe with the raw & real emotions that it shows through a loving grandmother-son relationship”.
Sardar Ka Grandson will release on the streaming platform Netflix. However, the release date hasn’t been announced yet.
