Rahul Vaidya Disha Parmar wedding: Television actor Disha Parmar and singer Rahul Vaidya will have a low-key wedding on July 16, with only close friends and family members invited to the ceremony. This “intimate” affair is slated to be held in Mumbai.
Taking to Twitter, Vaidya has shared the wedding card with the caption: "#TheDisHulWedding @disha11parmar". Parmar too shared the same post.
As reported by ETimes, Vaidya and Parmar want a small ceremony. Earlier taking to Instagram, the singer and Bigg Boss 14 contestant shared pictures of Parmar holding a t-shirt with “Marry Me?” written on it.

1. Vaidya, 33, and Parmar, 26, on Tuesday announced that they will tie the knot on July 16. The couple took to Twitter and posted a joint statement, informing fans about their marriage.
2. "With the blessings of our families, we are delighted to share this special moment with you all. We are elated to announce that our wedding is set to take place on 16th of July," Vaidya and Parmar said. "We seek your love and blessings as we begin this new chapter of love and togetherness," they added.
3. Fans has been eagerly waiting for the duo to announce their wedding date since the singer proposed Parmar while locked inside the Bigg Boss house. Now, they will be getting married in an intimate wedding ceremony in the presence of close friends and family. Talking to TOI, Vaidya revealed that it will be held according to the Vedic rituals and they will also have Gurbani Shabad sung at the ceremony. More here.
4. Parmar mentioned that her idea of an "ideal wedding" ceremony is an "intimate affair". Marriage, according to her, is a union of two people and their respective families with their dear ones in attendance. She claimed she has always wished for a "simple ceremony" and she is glad that’s exactly what they are going ahead with.
5. Vaidya just returned from Cape Town, after completing the shoot of Rohit Shetty's adventure-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. Now, the duo is busy making arrangements for the wedding.
6. On Parmar's 26th birthday, he proposed marriage to her while he was on the reality show. A nervous Vaidya had sat on his knees and proposed to the actor through the camera and said "Marry Me." The same was seen written on his T-shirt.
7. The actor flaunted the same T-shirt in a social media post after which the singer revealed that he will frame it. Alongside the post, he wrote in the caption, "A T-shirt I can never ever forget... had proposed to my girl using this.. Gonna frame it! (heart emoticon) @dishaparmar."
8. The couple has been dating for more than two years now. The two were supposed to get married in June this year but the COVID-19 pandemic postponed their plans. Then the singer left for the shoot of Khatron Ke Khiladi.
9. The couple has also featured in a wedding-themed song Madhanya earlier this year.
10. Vaidya finished shooting for the adventure reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, which will premiere on July 17. Bride-to be Parmar is known for her roles in shows such as Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara and Woh Apna Sa.
