Radhika Apte and her fellow passengers faced an unexpected situation as they were confined inside the aerobridge at an airport. The actor shared her frustration over the delayed flight on Instagram, detailing the ordeal. In the post, Apte explained that despite the flight delay, security did not open the doors, and airline staff had no information. She even posted a video and pictures showing passengers behind a locked glass door engaging in conversation with security staff. The actor and her team were seen sitting on the floor, while other passengers stood nearby.
In the post, Radhika Apte revealed that this morning she had a flight at 8:30 am and, around 10:50, the flight had still not boarded. The passengers, including small babies and elderly people, were locked in for over an hour, and the security did not open the doors. Moreover, the staff had absolutely no clue, she added.

She continued that the airline crew failed to board, awaiting a change, the actor, along with other passengers, had no idea when the new crew would arrive. Despite her efforts to address the situation, she briefly escaped to speak with unhelpful staff, who denied any issue or delay. Eventually, Apte found herself locked inside, and they were informed that they would remain there until at least noon. The passengers were stranded without access to water or restrooms, making the situation an unpleasant experience.

Radhika Apte On The Work Front
In the recent movie Merry Christmas, directed by Sriram Raghavan, Radhika Apte made a cameo appearance alongside stars Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi. The film, released in theatres, reportedly garnered ₹7 crore nett in India on its first day. Titled "a genre-defying tale," Merry Christmas is presented by Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures, shot in Hindi and Tamil with a unique set of supporting actors.
Apart from her film projects, Apte is also part of the revenge thriller series Akka alongside Keerthy Suresh, produced by YRF Entertainment. The series is directed by debutante writer-director Dharmaraj Shetty.
