The panel consisted of Indian superstars – Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan (via Zoom), and veteran Bollywood producer C. Aswani Dutt. Before the teaser launch, a ceremonial dance was performed by a group of women wearing Indian outfits and holding candles.

Kalki 2898-AD is a sci-fi epic that integrates Indian mythology and Star Wars. The glimpse states- When the world is taken over by darkness, the force rise. The aura of a glimpse displays the fight between evil and good, however, it is hard to speculate the exact plot of the film. However, the clip shows the vulnerability of people, the tragedies combined with emotions, and the rise of power, who is going to save everyone. The setup is humongous and gives a rustic vibe, just like its poster releases, but will the storyline impress us; time will tell. Amitabh Bachchan comes as a surprising factor as you will get to see him in a role never seen before. The glimpse shows him in Mummy attire but more details on the character are awaited.

As per the report by The Hollywood Reporter, at the panel, Hassan said, "What makes Indian cinema so great is the energy our audience brings to our cinema. We make the stories, they make the stars.” The producer of the film also cited what went behind the film. He mentioned it took four years to prep it, two years to film it, and now the release is said to be in 2024.

The film stars  Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. However, Deepika Padukone was missing from the event due to a writers' strike. Padukone is represented by SAG-AFTRA.
