Prince Harry’s Memoir Release Date And Title Revealed After Months Of Speculation

After months of speculation, Prince Harry’s memoir release date and title has been revealed by industry executives. The book was initially scheduled to be published in November but the release date was postponed after Queen Elizabeth II passed away.

The publisher of Prince Harry's memoir Spare Random House released a statement on the memoir. The statement read, “Prince Harry will share, for the very first time, the definitive account of the experiences, adventures, losses, and life lessons that have helped shape him”.

The Duke of Sussex is expected to write about his experiences growing up in the Royal Family, his stint in the Army, his marriage to Meghan Markle, leaving the Royal Family, and being a father.

A source revealed that Prince Harry might make changes in the memoir involving Queen Elizabeth, out of respect for her. The source told Page Six, “Plus, he will want to describe his feelings about the Queen’s passing”.

Prince Harry also released a statement about his upcoming memoir Spare. He wrote, “I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become”.

He spoke about how he’d worn “many hats over the year” and hoped that telling his story would show readers that no matter where people come from, they have more in common than they think.

Prince Harry signed off by describing the memoir as “a firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful”.

News reports claimed the Royal Family was dreading the prospect of the Duke of Sussex publishing the memoir. Reportedly, the memoir contains some hard truths about the royal members.

The Sun’s Editor in Chief Victoria Newton said, “the Royal Family are going to want to feel assured that there’s not going to be something too negative in there.”

The release of Prince Harry’s memoir was delayed after Queen Elizabeth II passed away on September 8, 2022. It was initially planned to release this November, but after months of speculation, the release date was confirmed. Prince Harry's memoir release date has been revealed to be January 10, 2023.
