Made in Heaven (Season 2)

The long-anticipated season 2 of Sobhita Dhulipala’s Made in Heaven is here. The show’s first season received a tremendous response from the audience and made Dhulipala a household name. Her performance was highly praised and critically acclaimed. The second season follows the wedding planner, aka best friends Sobhita Dhulipala and Arjun Mathur, as they go about their business, with each episode narrating a new couple and their wedding. The show also stars Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, and Shivangi Rastogi. It will premiere on August 2, 2023.

Red, White, & Royal Blue

Red White and Royal Blue is a romance comedy film based on the novel of the same name by Casey McQuiston. The story follows Alex Claremont-Dia, the first son of the US, and his rivalry with the young Prince Henry. The brothers are asked to make a goodwill visit to the UK after causing a major uproar at the elder prince’s wedding. The rivalry between the boys turns into a forced friendship and then turns into something more, and the duo tries to keep it a secret due to their public figure status. The series is scheduled to release on Prime on August 11, 2023.

The lost flowers of Alice Heart

This Prime miniseries, starring Sigourney Weaver and Alycia Debnam-Carey, is based on a novel by Australian author Holly Ringland. Directed by Glendyn Ivin, the series follows the story of a young girl with a violent upbringing who becomes orphaned and moves to her grandmother’s flower farm. The series will be released on August 4, 2023.

Harlan Coben’s Shelter

Harlan Coben’s miniseries based on his books of the same name have never turned out to be disappointments. The new name on the list is Shelter, a mini-series that’s looking forward to its release. Shelter narrates the story of Mickey Bolitar’s new life. His mother is in a rehabilitation centre, his father is dead, he has an annoying aunt, and he has joined a new school in New Jersey. Starring Jaden Michael as Micky Bolitar, the miniseries consists of eight episodes. The show is all set to premiere on August 18, 2023.

Cocaine Bear

Cocaine Bear is a horror-comedy film directed by Elizabeth Banks. It’s loosely adapted from the true story "Cocaine Bear," about an American black bear that consumed 25 lbs of lost cocaine. Starring Keri Russell, O’Shea Jackson, Isiah Whitlock, Jr. Margo Martindale, among others, the film was produced by Universal Pictures. The film was dedicated to Liotta, the black bear who died in May 2022. The movie will be released on Prime on Independence Day, August 15, 2023.
