On October 26, the Paris Hilton docuseries, Paris In Love dropped its official trailer showing Hilton's everyday life and most importantly, her wedding ceremony. One of the favourite montages from the trailer is her fiance, Carter Reum, accepting he is lucky for her and expecting her to revert the same, but all she says is, "I know."
In the age of social media, fans do not find it difficult to access the private lives of the celebrities, whose work they follow diligently. To take this interaction a notch up, docuseries on celebs are a big hit, lacing the already available information with more details.
Paris Hilton's docuseries promises to do the same. The trailer shows Paris confronting her troubled past and showing her journey of healing, with cute and funny snippets of conversations with her fiance Reum. Hilton is a socialite, an entrepreneur with her own perfume line, a model, an actor and has hosted a cooking show on Netflix, Cooking With Paris and was also the subject of the documentary, This Is Paris. The great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the founder of Hilton hotels, has a party-girl image and many have accused her of being 'famous for being famous'. Here are ten things to know about the show Paris in Love:
- The 13-part docuseries is not the first time Paris Hilton will be laying her life open in front of a worldwide audience. Previously she was part of shows like This Is Paris, directed by Alexandra Dean. In the show, a camera crew follows her around and she speaks about different events in her life from school to her recurring nightmares.
- The first episode of Paris In Love will premiere on Peacock on November 11.
- Not all episodes will be dropped together, one episode will drop every Thursday.
- The show, like many before, will follow Hilton around but this time to shoot the preparation for her wedding with Reum.
- In addition to the wedding scenes, the docuseries also promises to tell the "painful past" of Hilton and her telling Reum that she still has healing to do with her parents.
- The show will also capture moments of her mother, Kathy Hilton and sister, Rothschild Hilton supporting her through the hectic days before the wedding date.
- From Paris Hilton's engagement to the bridal dress shopping, the show will navigate through all major and minor events, including the bachelor and bachelorette party in Las Vegas, United States.
- The executive producers of the show are Mike Darnell, Lisa Shannon, Dan Peirson, Bridgette Theriault, Andrea Metz, Perry Dance, Paris Hilton and Bruce Gersh.
- The show was announced on May 12 this year.
- Hilton shared the trailer of the show on her Instagram feed with the caption, "You are cordially invited! (emojis) My new show #ParisinLove premieres on November 11 on @PeacockTV. I am so excited to share my love story with you all! (emojis)"
