The OTT weekend releases have got viewers spoilt for choice. From romance, adventure to action, there is a lot on the plate. While some are originals, some are coming on OTT after a successful run in the theatres. From Ranveer Singh and Bear Grylls starrer Ranveer vs Wild With Bear Grylls on Netflix to Kamal Haasan, Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi's Vikram on Disney+ Hotstar – here is your OTT weekend calendar.

Ranveer Vs Wild With Bear Grylls

India's first interactive special Ranveer vs Wild hit Netflix on Friday. It features Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh manoeuvring his way through adverse conditions that drain him physically and mentally, as he hunts a rare flower, Ramonda Serbica, for his wife. He is, of course, accompanied by survival specialist Bear Grylls.

Boo, Bitch

Now streaming on Netflix in eight easy-breezy episodes, Boo, Bitch! stars Lana Condor (also an executive producer on the project) as Erika Vu, a high school senior determined to make a name for herself in the final weeks before graduation — a mission that becomes infinitely messier when she discovers that she’s dead.

Who Is Ghislaine Maxwell?

The three-part documentary series explores the life of the sex-trafficking socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, who was closely associated with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, and uncovers how the socialite from Oxford became entangled with child sex trafficking. The documentary is available on Lionsgate Play.

Ante Sundaraniki

Ante Sundaraniki, starring Nazriya Nazim and Nani is arriving on Netflix on Sunday, exactly a month after its theatrical release. Written and directed by Vivek Athreya, the film marks the first Telugu outing of Nazim. The rom-com was praised for the chemistry between its leads. In an interview, Nazriya points out the coincidence of her husband Fahadh Faasil making his Telugu debut in Pushpa - The Rise and how the two are acutely aware of the fickleness of fame: “I had committed to Ante Sundaraniki a few months before Fahadh had given his nod to Pushpa."

Dear Friend

Dear Friend, a Malayalam-language coming-of-age film directed by Vineeth Kumar and starring Tovino Thomas and Darshana Rajendran, will stream on Netflix on 10 July. The plot follows a group of friends living together in Bangalore whose lives go for a toss when one of them suddenly disappears.

Vikram

Kamal Haasan's action entertainer Vikram is making its way on OTT after a successful run at the box office. Starring Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, the film revolves around members of a Black Ops team who must track and eliminate a gang of masked murderers. Helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film is now available on Disney+Hotstar.
