At the age of 21, Gen Z pop icon Olivia Rodrigo is using her 'GUTS' world tour not just to entertain but to empower women. She has decided to contribute her bit to women's health and education initiatives by donating the proceeds she earns at the tour. Rodrigo kicked off the world tour for her album 'GUTS' in Palm Springs, California, by announcing that a portion of the proceedings will go directly to her new global reproductive rights initiative 'Fund 4 Good'.

Announcing her new initiative on TikTok before going on stage to kick off her tour, the 21-year-old singer announced that her initiative is dedicated to supporting women seeking reproductive health freedom, girls' education, preventing gender-based violence, and fighting women's healthcare barriers.

The Driver's License singer has always been boldly vocal about her support for women's reproductive freedom in the US. In 2022, during a concert, she blasted the Supreme Court and bench of five justices for overturning women's abortion rights before performing on stage as she said "f**k you" with Lily Allen pointing her middle finger on stage in front of hundreds of festivalgoers. She said, "I’m devastated and terrified that so many women and so many girls are going to die because of this."

Rodrigo also dedicated her song to the Supreme Court justices for their order against women's abortion rights as she said, "I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who have shown us that at the end of the day, they truly don’t give a s**t about freedom."

'Fund 4 U' is a new global initiative of Disney Star Olivia Rodrigo that claims to be committed to supporting all women and girls desiring reproductive health freedom.

This move comes as no surprise to fans who are affectionately called "Livies" by the singer, as they are familiar with Rodrigo's outspoken advocacy for women's rights.
