Audiences are excited since the OTT Platform Amazon Prime Video on Thursday, April 28 made important announcements including the renewal of the platform's favourite web shows. The revelation was made at the Prime Video Presents India event in Mumbai. Not only are these, but a slew of additional shows are also making their way back to the OTT platform.
The lineup for show renewal includes fan favourites like Family Man, Mirzapur, Breathe: Into The Shadows, Four More Shots Please, and Made In Heaven which are among the features included. The shows of different genres from drama, and action to thrillers, are ready to entertain the audiences again. We have compiled a list of all web series renewed for their new seasons.
New Seasons Of Web Series On Amazon Prime
The Family Man Season 3
In the Indian spy thriller The Family Man, Manoj Bajpayee plays Srikant Tiwari, a middle-class man who secretly works as an intelligence officer. The series is one of the most popular Indian shows on the streaming site, and in its third season, Srikant Tiwari embarks on a new adventure, balancing life as a common man and a top-secret spy facing terrorists, rebels, and moral challenges. The makers have yet to declare a release date.
Mirzapur Season 3
Mirzapur, a crime drama series, will return in 2022. The series is set in the Uttar Pradesh city of Mirzapur, which is ruled by mafia don Akhandanand Tripathi. According to the producers, the new season will feature far more interesting mysteries and thrills than prior seasons. Mirzapur Season 3 was officially renewed by the makers, and several actors are likely to return to the cast.

Four More Shots Please! Season 3
The show premiered on Amazon Prime Video in 2019, and it was the streaming service's first all-women-protagonist Indian original. The series follows four unapologetically flawed women, two in their 30s and two in their early 20s, as they live, love, make mistakes, and find what really drives them in millennial Mumbai through friendship and glasses of tequila. The series stars Sayani Gupta, Bani J, Kirti Kulhari, and Maanvi Gagroo. The series has been officially renewed for a third season. On April 28, the creators issued an announcement poster for the series, although the release date has yet to be revealed.
Made In Heaven Season 2
Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi, and Jim Sarbh play major parts in the love series Made In Heaven. The show follows the lives of two Delhi-based wedding planners and their company, Made In Heaven, as they prepare some expensive and grand Indian weddings. The second season of the show has been in the works since April 2020 but has been continually postponed owing to the pandemic. Finally, in April 2022, the cast finished filming the show, and on April 28, 2022, the season 2 teaser was revealed. The nine-episode series will reportedly star the regular cast as well as some fresh faces.
Patal Lok Season 2
Paatal Lok is a web series directed by Avinash Arun and Prosit Roy and based on a criminal story. Sudip Sharma wrote and directed the film, which he also produced. The story of Paatal Lok was inspired by Tarun Tejpal's book," The Narrative of My Assassins", published in 2010. The story revolves around a disgruntled police officer who is tasked with solving a botched murder attempt. The return of Paatal Lok's season 2 has been announced, but the release date has yet to be determined.
Panchayat Season 2
The new season will most likely focus on Abhishek's test preparation as well as a prospective love interest in the form of Rinky, Pradhan's daughter, played by Pooja Singh. Manju Devi's experience as an operating Sarpanch and taking matters into her own hands is scheduled to be featured in the forthcoming season. Panchayat Season 2 is set to premiere on Amazon Prime in 2022. However, there is still no confirmed date. Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, and Raghubir Yadav will play regular characters in the plot.
