Never Kiss Your Best Friend season 2 release date was revealed by the makers and streaming platform Zee5. The Nakul Mehta and Anya Singh starrer will be back with new challenges for the duo while they explore their equation.

Never Kiss Your Best Friend, the show's title is a warning that doing a ridiculous thing like such can lead to one hell of a roller coaster ride that will give leave you more puking and less enjoying. The same goes for Tanie Brar and Sumer Singh, two people who meet under stranger circumstances, find out that they are equally crazy and become best friends. People around them tell them a lot of things about the friendship of a guy and a girl but they stick with their 'best friends' tag slamming all their questions. However, things get complicated when their emotions get confused and lines blur.

Never Kiss Your Best Friend Season 2 Release Date

The season 2 ">trailer released on April 12, 2022 that gave the fans a clear hint of what's going to happen. Tanie is now hell-bound to focus on her career and achieve her goals as an author. She is determined, happy and in a relationship with a hot hunk she met. A great time at work and a sweet time after work, she feels everything in place. Until Sumer arrives at his office as the new director. Things definitely get awkward at first and Tanie is distant and unwilling to have anything to do with him but Sumer insists her to write his story. Tanie agrees.

From there, things seem normal but are again messy. Tanie is dating Karan, the hot hunk and Sumer is dating Tanie's boss Lavanya. Tanie and Sumer work together and are back to their sort-of-best-friends phase but there are obviously lingering feelings. This complicates their current dating life. The show is bound to have ups, downs, drama, career choices, blurring lines, emotional confrontations and breakdowns.

Karan Wahi and Sarah Jane Dias will join the cast of season 2 as Karan and Lavanya respectively. The season will start premiering on Zee5 from April 29, 2022.
