The OTT Series Never Kiss Your Best Friend New Season release date has been announced by the makers. Sumer and Tanie will be gracing our screens soon as they reunite after years, however, are still divided over their feelings regarding each other even as they court two other individuals.
Never Kiss Your Best Friend is a series that features two best friends of opposite sexes who were always conditioned to believe that a woman and a man can never be friends. They go through various circumstances together and are always there for each other. Things are good until they develop feelings for each other that they cannot accept, creating complications between the duo.

Season 2 will reunite Tanie and Sumer. While Tanie focused on her career after going away from Sumer, she is now able to see what she wants for her future. She is clear of what she wants with her career and future. She wants no setback and is also getting her love life together as she starts dating Karan, a good-looking and caring guy she meets in London.
However, things go back to square one when she meets Sumer in the office as her new director. At first she backs off from doing any work for him. But when he insists to write his story, she agrees.
The ">trailer showed Tanie and Sumer's daily encounters and how they begin to warm up again. However, they are both seeing different people, Tanie is dating Karan and Sumer is dating Lavanyaa, Tanie's boss. Things begin to complicate when Tanie and Sumer's closeness begins to bother Karan and he confronts Sumer about his feelings for Tanie.
Will Tanie and Sumer end up together? Will Karan break the two of them? Will Tanie be able to separate her friendship and love life? All these and much more answers await the upcoming season.
The new season cast includes Nakuul Mehta and Anya Singh reprising their lead roles while Karan Wahi and Sarah Jane Dias star as the new love interests of the two main leads. The season 2 will release on Zee5 on April 29, 2022.
