Never Have I Ever Season 3 Trailer Raises Fans' Expectations

Netflix has just dropped the trailer for Never Have I Ever season 3 and fans are super excited about the new season.

The upcoming season of Never Have I Ever is about Devi Vishwakumar (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) getting what she's always wanted: an attractive boyfriend. However, she's about to learn what the real meaning of relationships is, and it's not going to be easy.

In the ">trailer, as Devi walks with her boyfriend  Paxton (Darren Barnet) in school corridors, she receives snarky looks from her classmates. Her therapist gently suggests that maybe a relationship isn't the answer to all her problems, and Devi replies, "Nice try, Dr Ryan. The entire Olivia Rodrigo album would disagree with you.”

The trailer also showcases Devi and Paxton's relationship's ups and downs and also teases about the next level of their relationship. The trailer also highlights Devi's insecurities regarding their relationship "It’s believable that we’re together, right?" at one point she also asks Paxton why he likes her, saying, "Yeah, but why? No one else thinks we make any sense". Paxton replies, "No, you don’t think we make any sense".

There are several chaotic and tender moments in this trailer, but "you should be careful what you thirst for", as it not only shows Devi and Ben Gross (Jaren Lewison)'s ever-present bond but also hints at an additional romantic interest that could upend the love triangle's equilibrium.

"That’s so hot," says Devi’s cousin Kamala Nandiwadal (Richa Moorjani) as the teen’s mom Dr Nalini Vishwakumar (Poorna Jagannathan) agrees. "Extremely hot!"

The trailer comes to an end with Devi saying, "Let’s see what the human body can do, baby!"

Netflix renewed Never Have I Ever for two more seasons last month, with the fourth season set to premiere in 2023.

Never Have I Ever is an American coming-of-age series streaming on Netflix and is created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher. The series is about an Indian-American high school student dealing with the sudden death of her father. Starring  Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Poorna Jagannathan, Darren Barnet, Jaren Lewison, Ramona Young and Lee Rodriguez.

Never Have I Ever Season 3 is to premiere on August 12.
