Netflix September Releases:  The month of September is coming up with numerous movies and series on Netflix.

Shows and movies that were highly awaited by their audience are either now releasing in theatres or taking the digital route for the comfort of the audience. Ever since the pandemic hit, the OTT platforms have been coming up with fresh releases keeping the film industry afloat while entertaining the viewers who are otherwise dealing with the hardships induced by the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.

Here are five movies and shows which are on the list of Netflix September releases:

Money Heist Season 5

Release date : September 3

The last season of the internationally famous Spanish show Money Heist was one of the most eagerly awaited releases of the year.  The last season of Money Heist, is going to be released in two parts. September is all set for the first part's release, and the second part is dropping in December.

Into The Night Season 2

Release date: September 8

This blockbuster Belgian series on Netflix is known to most sci-fi thriller aficionados. It is the first Belgian series on the OTT platform, and the first season was a huge hit last year. Into The Night is an adaption of the Belgian science-fiction novel The Old Axolotl. The show was revived for season two in July 2020.

Lucifer Season 6

Release date: September 10

The last season of Lucifer was supposed to put an end to the show, first by Fox and then by Netflix after season five, but for some reason Netflix decided to buy one more season. Tom Ellis is most known for his role as Lucifer, The Devil, on the famous television show of the same name. Lucifer actor Kevin Alejandro has stated that his character will appear in season six despite a gruesome death in a pivotal episode earlier this year.

Sex Education season 3

Release date: September 17

This ">show has covered various challenging topics such as gender identity, asexuality, and sexual trauma within the span of two seasons.  The show has only gotten better with each new episode. The creator of Sex Education had released a total of six snaps in which they have also introduced new character Cal Bowman and a new pair Eric and Adam, who were laughing and strolling through the woods hand-in-hand.

Squid Game

Release date: September 17

Netflix continues to deliver outstanding Korean content to its global audience. According to the visuals in the trailer,  Hwang Dong-hyuk is the director and writer of squid game. Hwang Dong-hyuk has also directed famous films like The fortress.

Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror 

Release date: September 1

It has been timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks in 2021. The series becomes covered with a wide range of interviews with officials from various administrations, former CIA and US government officials in portions of five 60 minutes.

Metal Shop Masters

Release date: September 10

Metal Shop Masters is a competition show. It will be fascinating to observe how the streaming service engages metal musicians.  The hosts are Jo Koy and Stephanie Hoffman, and David Madero, while the judges are Stephanie Hoffman and David Madero. The winner of the show will win a $50,000 prize.

Release date: September 10

Kate will feature Woody Harrelson,  Michael Huisman and  Mary Elizabeth Winstead as a true action star. The lead character, an assassin with just 24 hours to live who will use that time to seek down and avenge her killer. The film was directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan,  renowned for his directing of the sequel Snow White and the Huntsman,

Blood Brothers Malcolm X and Muhammad Ali

Release date: September 9

With interviews with their family members and never-before-seen video, the documentary  will explore the amazing narrative behind the relationship —and the final falling out— of two of the most famous personalities of the twentieth century. It will be produced by Kenya Barris and Jason Perez .

Ankahi Kahaniya

Release date: September 17

In this romantic anthology film, renowned Bollywood filmmakers Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Saket Chaudhary, and Abhishek Chaubey present three love stories. The themes of the three love stories are a childhood romance, a man, searching for love in a mannequin, and a couple on the edge of divorce.

Confessions of an Invisible Girl

Based on Thalita Rebouças' YA novel, this Brazilian comedy follows a 16-year-old girl whose family is forced to relocate with her grandparents in Rio de Janeiro and enrolled in a new school where she is terrified of being harassed.
