3. After Life season 3
After mixed-to-positive reviews in its second season, Ricky Gervais' gallows humour-tinged Netflix show has been renewed for a third season.
In the finale of " target="_blank" rel="noopener">After Life, it appears that Tony Johnson (Gervais) will need more than Brandy the German Shepherd or words of wisdom from the show's supporting cast to help him navigate more heartache.
The final season of After Life will feature plenty of shockingly funny moments, and heartbreaking drama, as we've come to expect from Gervais. On January 14, 2022, it is expected to release.
4. The House
When the trailer for The House, an upcoming Netflix anthology miniseries, debuted in December 2021, it piqued our interest, and for good reason: it looks creepy, unsettling, surreal and perplexingly funny.
Three storylines featuring a poor family, an anxious developer, and an irritated landlady will be followed across different eras and appear to be linked by the place where they all live in The House, a three-part series. With anthropomorphised animals making up a large part of The House's animated cast, fans of Sylvanian Families toys may never look at collectible miniatures the same way again. It will be released on 28th January.
5. Munich: The Edge of War
Munich: The Edge of War stars George Mackay (1917) and Jannis Niewöhner (Berlin Station) as two former university friends who reunite at the infamous 1938 Munich Conference, based on Robert Harris' bestselling novel of the same name. The two, who are now working for opposing governments, become entangled in a game of political espionage, and their lives are put in jeopardy quickly.
Munich: The Edge of War looks to be an exciting war drama that could be in the running for the 2022 awards season, with top-tier talent such as Jeremy Irons (Watchmen, Justice League) and Ulrich Matthes (Downfall) playing ex-UK Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain and Adolf Hitler, respectively. Keep an eye out for it for it if you're a history buff. The show will be available from 21st January.
