Apollo 10 ½: A Space Age Childhood showcases the story of the first moon landing in the summer of 1969 from two interwoven perspectives—of an astronaut and second of a kid growing up in Houston, Texas, who harbours intergalactic dreams of his own. The film has been inspired by the life of Academy Awards-nominated director Richard Linklater. Netflix website states, “Apollo 10 ½: A Space Age Childhood is a snapshot of American life in the 1960s that is part coming of age, part societal commentary, and part out-of-this-world adventure.”
Anatomy of a Scandal
Release Date: April 15
Based on author Sarah Vaughn’s novel, Anatomy of a Scandal is a psychological thriller and gripping courtroom drama. The series infiltrates Britain's elite through personal and political scandal, where the truth lies between justice and privilege, describes Netflix. The series will show the lives of James and Sophie Whitehouse who are living a blissful life that will turn upside down when a scandalous secret comes to light.

Yaksha: Ruthless Operations
Release Date: April 8
Yaksha: Ruthless Operations is a Korean thriller action series on an overseas black ops team who are on a dangerous mission. However, the National Intelligence Service (NIS) that the data that they sent about local trends in Shenyang is actually fake and a special inspector is dispatched. The series will follow the team’s attempt to shake him and continue their operations. Yaksha stars many seasoned actors of the Korean cinema industry like Squid Game fame Park Hae-Soo, Lee El and boy band GOT7 member Jinyoung.
White Hot: The Rise and Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch
Release Date: April 19
Abercrombie & Fitch, the American lifestyle retailer, conquered malls in the late 90s and early 00s with “gorgeous models, dance beats and fierce scent”. While they were running white-hot, its “all-American” image stirred a controversy when happenings about their alleged exclusionary marketing and discriminatory hiring got out. The documentary, drama film is based on the retailer and how it was razed down over the controversy.
Dancing on Glass
Release Date: April 8
The Spanish drama film starring Maria Pedraza, Silvia Kal and others follows the lives of ballerinas. The plot revolves around Irene (Pedraza) becoming the replacement of the lead of Giselle, her company’s ballet production after the original lead dies by suicide. Irene now becomes the target of others’ cruelty and jealousy and finds a friend in Aurora, a solitary dancer controlled by her mother. Fuelled by the pressures of ballet their friendship becomes obsessive until they elope together to find themselves.

Silverton Siege
Release Date: April 27
Starring Arnold Vosloo, Sarah Kazlowski and Tumisho Masha in pivotal roles, the Netflix original is based on a true story of a bank held hostage after an anti-apartheid strike went wrong and the rebels were forced to take shelter there. However, one among the three soldiers is a sell-out and a police spy. The question is, whom? Pressure mounts and tension rises amongst them in the bank. All those involved have one thing in common – a fight for freedom. As the Trio recognize their only options are prison or death, they decide to negotiate for the release of Nelson Mandela.

Set in the world of sci-fi Into The Night, the Netflix show Yakamoz S-245 is being labelled as a spin-off of the drama series. The show is a fast-paced sci-fi, action-adventure. The series is based on marine biologist Arman who is on a submarine research mission. He has to fight to survive with his crew after a disaster strikes Earth but a conspiracy comes to light. This will push him to learn who he truly is. The series stars Kivanç Tatlitug, Ertan Saban, Jerry Hoffman and others. The ">teaser itself is gripping, the series will definitely be exciting.
