Neena Gupta 2022 Calendar: What Films And Shows Are On Her List ?

Actor Neena Gupta took to her social media handle to inform her fans and followers about her projects lined up for release in 2022.

Gupta said that a lot of her fans have been asking about her upcoming movies so she felt that she should let them know. She said that she has worked very hard through the year 2021 and has finally taken a break. The actor said that all her projects will start releasing from April 2022. She is not sure if all the projects will be released in theatres or OTT platforms.

Masaba Masaba Season 2 

The series starring Neena Gupta and her daughter Masaba Gupta will come out with its second season. The series is loosely based on the life on the fashion designer Masaba Gupta and her life. In the last season explored how the designer had her divorce and dealt with the media scrutiny. She was seen tackling the investors of her brand and finding ways to live happy as a single woman. Neena Gupta was there to support her all the way.

Panchayat Season two 2 

The web series which impressed many with its narrative about a government employee at a village who is looking for ways to escape. Neena Gupta plays the colourful character of the village panchayat who only got the post because her husband could not contest the elections. The second season all set to release sometime in 2022.

Goodbye 

The upcoming film has been directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Reliance Entertainment. Apart from Neena Gupta, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. The film went on floors in April 2021. Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Entertainment revealed that it is going to be a film which will speak to many families.

Shiv Shashtri Balboa

Neena Gupta will share the screen with actor Anupam Kher as lead actors in the film. Kher recently revealed that the film is about "a fascinating tale of survival of an Indian in a small town in America." The film will be directed by Ajayan Venugopalan under the banner of UFI Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd. The same director has helmed acclaimed Malayalam television sitcom Akkara Kazhchakal.

Neena Gupta also shared that will be part of a film about dogs, Oh My Dog. However not much details are available about the film yet.
